Job description

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Dailey completion of assigned scheduled laundry delivery and/or laundry pick-up route(s)
  • Assistance with stripping dirty linens within rental homes and sorting of dirty linens
  • Treating dirty linens with appropriate chemicals and looking for stains and compromised linens
  • Assistance with prepping linens for delivery and correctly packing linen totes
  • Loading linen totes into laundry vehicles for daily deliveries as needed
  • Provide cross-departmental assistance when needed, working with various departments including but not limited to Will O' the Wisp, and Suites at Silver Tree, owner special projects and requests, and company affiliated projects and requests and initiates
  • Provide exemplary customer service to guests, owners, coworkers and vendors while providing expedient resolution of assigned tasks
  • Represent Railey Mountain Lake Vacations with extreme professionalism, looking out for the company's best interest while providing efficient, quality work
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions

Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • Preferred driving experience

Physically you can anticipate to:
  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
