• Conduct comprehensive therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health issues.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' psychological needs to formulate individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Employ effective therapeutic interventions with a focus on cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and other modern therapeutic methods appropriate for specific client populations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring that documentation standards are consistently met.
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients as required.
• Demonstrate professionalism by being punctual for all client appointments and adhering to agreed-upon timelines for treatment goals and documentation.

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist role primarily involves supporting a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for clients to explore their emotions and build coping strategies, contributing significantly to their overall mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families is essential.
• Ability to provide appropriate clearances and successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with a capacity for effective time management to meet client needs.
