Inner Wisdom Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a remote full-time capacity. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. • Conduct thorough and sensitive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to meet the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and stabilization to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring integrated support across various facets of their mental health journey.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs within the mental health system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and seminars to remain updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

The clients you serve will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. You will engage with individuals and families who are navigating significant life transitions, leveraging therapeutic techniques aimed at promoting healing and personal growth.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are necessary for addressing clients' mental health concerns.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting is critical.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a larger healthcare team.
• A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and a professional demeanor in all interactions.

• Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred to facilitate seamless case management and therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous for maintaining accurate client documentation.

The compensation range for this full-time position is competitive, with a salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
