• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities that promote healing and personal development.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Offer teletherapy options ensuring that clients have access to support even during challenging circumstances or geographical limitations.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously to uphold ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with industry advancements.

Our clients encompass a wide demographic, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a counselor, you will interact with diverse populations, providing culturally competent care and adapting your approach to meet unique individual circumstances and backgrounds.

• Current and valid state license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable effective client service delivery.

• Previous experience in a private practice or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and related technology.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and approaches.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to a fulfilling work schedule, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
