As a Pepperl+Fuchs Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales activities within existing accounts while provided the freedom to pursue new accounts.  This is a great opportunity to utilize your ability to create new relationships, provide valuable solutions to your customers, and represent products that have a solid, positive industry reputation. 

Account Manager Responsibilities:

The Account Manager will have the overall responsibility for account management including:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities at these accounts as well as new accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer applications and provide consultative solutions using Pepperl+Fuchs products.
  • Collaborate with internal product management and market teams to support customer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and activity reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activity.
  • Willingness to travel across the state of Wisconsin on a daily/weekly basis as business dictates.

Account Manager - the background you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with industrial automation sales.
  • Desire to grow professionally.

Preferred background:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience selling in one of the following markets:
