Job description

At Indeed Brewing Company, we’re cultivating an artfully eclectic line-up of beers from the heart of Northeast Minneapolis and our new home in the Walker’s Point neighborhood of Milwaukee. Well-known as an engaged and community-oriented brewery, Indeed believes innovation isn’t just one thing—it’s a culture created around good people, good beers, and good experiences.

The Wisconsin Market Manager will be tasked with managing Indeed’s wholesale network throughout Wisconsin, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and developing mutually beneficial relationships with on- and off-premise retailers. The ideal candidate knows and loves Wisconsin and is excited about how food and drink create the culture—and understands how beer fits into that. They need to be an expert communicator, a self-starter, and a problem-solver.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be flexible and think creatively to alleviate issues in the immediate term while installing long-term solutions to prevent further issues. You must be disciplined and able to manage your time in an unstructured environment. You will need to celebrate wins, learn from mistakes, and consistently seek out new opportunities.

This role will be collaborating with teams of various sizes—both internally and externally—about projects big and small. You will be a positive conduit connecting Indeed to our wholesalers and retailers, and back to the brewery. You will serve as the face and the voice of Indeed Brewing in Wisconsin and will “own” the market, putting your unique strengths and abilities to work in positively impacting communities throughout the state. The Wisconsin Market Manager will report directly to the Sales Director.
