Job description

Position Description:
The position will be focusing on implementation and execution of In-Station Process Control and Testing systems throughout program development milestones. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic specialist for leading the In-Station Process Control and Test diagnostics strategy and implementation. This role requires a strong background in vehicle diagnostics and testing.

Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of diagnostics and vehicle repair
  • Familiarity with computer HW, SW and wireless technologies
  • Strong computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Web Based reporting systems)
  • Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of PFMEA and Failure Mode Avoidance principles
  • Ideal candidates would have previous experience with a combination of the following:
  • End of Line testing
  • Electrical specialist ,PLC/controls experience ,Factory Information Systems (FIS)
  • Plant communication Wi-Fi e6
  • Automotive manufacturing and Launch
  • Systems Engineering (mechanical and electrical)

Experience Required:

  • Automotive manufacturing experience / supplier project management skills
  • Product development experience with Electrical systems, EDS, or module design
  • Product development experience with Powertrain and Chassis systems
  • Familiarity with IT plant infrastructure (network design and server applications)

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.

Hybrid (mix of remote and on-site work) Typical week 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home Note: This position may also require on-stie plant support and require full onsite as needed.
