Model Based Software Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain AUTOSAR Software Components (SWCs).
  • Develop high-fidelity Simulink/Stateflow models and generate production-ready MISRA-compliant C/C++ code.
  • Perform MIL, SIL, PIL validation, debugging, and defect resolution.
  • Optimize algorithms and embedded software for performance, memory, and real-time requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, ASPICE, and software quality standards.
  • Support ECU integration, change management, requirements traceability, and technical documentation.
  • Develop automation scripts and support CI/CD pipelines for model builds and testing.
  • Collaborate with architects, validation teams, customers, and ECU suppliers to resolve integration issues.
  • Lead technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to development roadmaps and best practices.
