Total Wireless - Growth Wireless is seeking a motivated Cashier / Sales Rep to join our fast-paced wireless retail team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, recommend wireless products and plans, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This position is ideal for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy customer service, sales, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Process sales transactions, payments, returns, and phone activations
  • Recommend smartphones, prepaid wireless plans, and accessories based on customer needs
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Maintain organized product displays, inventory, and store cleanliness
  • Assist customers with billing questions and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and products

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience preferred (not required)
