The Account Manager, Select Sales will be responsible for building relationships and helping enterprises leverage C Spire's arsenal of solutions into an IT strategy that helps them win the battle in their specific market. Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

Prospecting, account acquisition, and account management.

Maximize income through business-to-business sales with growth-oriented companies.

Foster collaborative and lasting relationships with the customers and communities we serve.

The sales process will include managing lead lists, networking, customer appointments, referrals, and door-to-door sales generation.

Meet/exceed assigned targets associated with sales productivity.

Five (5) or more years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience with demonstrated revenue results in a Managed Services environment.

Support customers through a ValueAdded Reseller (VAR) sales model, delivering bundled technology solutions and services that maximize customer value and long-term retention.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Strong consultative selling skills including needs discovery, objection handling, and closing.

Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking (CRM experience preferred).

Reliable transportation.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.

Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Experience in B2B and partner-led sales environments.

Experience managing multiple territories simultaneously.

Experience in telecommunications, MSP, or technology-driven industries.
