THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Advanced expertise in configuring and managing enterprise-grade wireless solutions, including strong experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800 Series Wireless Controllers, along with access points and network management platforms in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, secure wireless architectures by translating business and technical requirements into solutions that optimize coverage, capacity, performance, user experience, and cost.
  • Strong knowledge of network segmentation, VLANs, QoS, and wireless security, combined with proficiency in controller capabilities, observability tools, and data-driven performance analysis.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with network, security, and infrastructure teams, while managing multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, and Extreme Networks.
  • Demonstrated strengths in innovation, automation, and continuous improvement, including scripting, problem-solving, governance, vendor coordination, and certifications such as CWNP (CWNA, CWSP, CWAP) and other industry credentials.
