Job Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager I to join the Augmented Reality Hardware team with a focus on wireless modules and subsystems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wireless hardware and firmware program delivery and a proven ability to drive New Product Introduction programs from concept to mass production while managing schedules, risks, and cross-functional communications. Responsibilities: Partner with AR wireless engineering to define, design, and execute hardware projects.

Develop and manage wireless development schedules, communicate updates, and identify and address risks. Establish and drive best practices and technology development processes to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including architecture definitions, build goals, and wireless requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely firmware releases for factory builds. Track and report engineering issues during builds and provide regular status updates to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with component and module qualification, validation, and characterization. 3+ years as an engineering manager or Technical Program Manager delivering hardware or firmware from concept to mass production. 3+ years of experience with wireless hardware module projects.

3+ years of wireless design and/or implementation experience in hardware and/or firmware. In-depth knowledge of consumer wireless product development, including firmware integration to meet hardware delivery goals. Ability to communicate and operate autonomously across multiple teams and projects.

Preferred Skills: Experience leading NPI programs for wireless consumer hardware. Background coordinating firmware integration for factory builds and test. Why BCforward?
