Job description

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
As a Senior Product Manager - Tech on the Amazon LEO Antenna Hardware Product Management team, you will help create and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap of Leo antenna products and services, with a high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience

This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, business development, and executive teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products and services.
A successful candidate will be both creative and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technology savvy - with a proven track record of developing and launching successful consumer and/or broadband ISP products and services. Amazon LEO's success requires leaders who are owners, and who possess the entrepreneurial spirit needed to create new products

Our leaders solve complex problems and work side by side with engineering teams get things done. As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech, you will assume end-to-end product ownership over the Leo Enterprise antenna product line to create products that meet our customer needs and deliver an amazing customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
Manage the Leo Enterprise antenna product line
Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct on-going customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize feature requirements
Understand and synthesize wired and wireless technologies to define leading edge products for our customers
Be a passionate advocate for the customer; provide the voice of the customer
Inspire the team with the product vision, and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life
Write detailed business and product requirement documents and define use cases, features, KPIs, and drive tradeoff discussions and decisions with the development teams
Create the business case and develop strategy docs


Determine the product SKU and release strategy
Serve as the product expert assisting marketing with product collateral, presentations, whitepapers and participating with business development in customer meetings.

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S
