Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and drive store performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, team development, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including sales, staff, and inventory

Recruit, train, and supervise team members

Drive sales performance and meet or exceed targets

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively

Manage budgets, track performance, and maintain records

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Execute promotions and maintain store presentation

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales management experience preferred

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Flexible availability, including weekend

Schedule

Day shifts

10-hour shifts
