Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

The Business Operations Analyst drives cross-functional solutions across Retail Wireless operations and external partner networks. This role solves complex operational challenges by translating technical network system functionality into overarching business strategy. Key efforts focus on streamlining partner operations, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining alignment between executive leadership, network engineering teams, and strategic financial targets.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Support large-scale projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure overall project success
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and technology teams to align project outcomes with strategic priorities
  • Translate technical network system functionality into high-level business strategy; leverage AI Application tools to accelerate data analysis and operational reporting
  • Work directly with network and engineering teams to build operational enhancements that meet wireless brand needs
  • Develop clear communication and reporting channels across all organizational levels to maintain transparency
  • Analyze complex operational problems to identify solutions aligned with financial and customer experience goals
Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data interpretation abilities to solve complex business problems
  • Proficiency in AI Literacy and AI Application to optimize workflow efficiency, data gathering, and project management tasks
