Operating on-site five days a week to foster high energy, in-person collaboration and innovation, you will directly oversee, mentor, and inspire a

broad team of over 20+ network experts. In this high-visibility sr leadership role, you will report straight to the Director of Infrastructure & Operations and be uniquely poised as a successor for this Director-level position. You will champion the vitality and evolution of our multi-service data network, driving global technology decisions that accelerate business innovation and cloud-native automation. Balancing executive strategy with operational excellence, you will also optimize workflows and delegate critical support processes to our strategic support suppliers (NOC). How You Will Win

● Lead & Inspire: Directly oversee, mentor, and empower a broad team of 20 network experts,

cultivating a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.

● Architect Global Connectivity: Plan and architect enterprise-scale LAN, WAN, Wireless, and

Data Center deployments. You will spearhead the integration of core network services, including

L2/L3 switching, BGP and EIGRP routing, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Load Balancing, IPAM, DNS/DHCP,

Firewalls, IPSec VPN, and SD-WAN.

● Innovate in the Cloud: Champion the design, implementation, and maintenance of our

multi-region, multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/OCI) network environment, seamlessly supporting our IaaS VPCs

and accelerating our cloud-native (PaaS) capabilities.

● Fortify Network Security: Lead and participate in high-impact network security initiatives,

including driving critical manufacturing segmentation deployments to secure our global footprint.

● Master Operational Excellence:

○ Serve as the ultimate escalation point, providing expert trouble resolution for critical,

high-priority core network issues. Ensure after hours support coverage to sustain

network service levels which include complex technical changes to support projects and

or operations deployments (24/7)

○ Proactively identify essential network maintenance tasks and build the structured

processes needed to implement them flawlessly.

○ Evaluate, manage, and evolve our core network monitoring and diagnostic tools,

ensuring our NOC has the deep visibility and mature workflows required to proactively

support our global network.

Minimum requirements

● Bachelors degree

● 8+years experience as a Network/Cloud/Infrastructure Architect

Preferred skills and experiences

● Bachelor’s Degree

● AWS Certified (Solutions Architect or Advanced Networking)

● Google Cloud Professional Cloud Network Engineer Certification

● Cisco CCNP

● ITIL v3 Foundation Certification

● Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies is a plus
