Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) 

$18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs 

Overview 

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks 

  • $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You'll Do 

  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs 

  • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates 

  • Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development 

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions 

  • Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines 

  • Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions 

  • Travel between store locations if required

Preferred Experience 

  • Wireless retail experience 

  • Proven retail or B2C sales success 

  • Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team of sales representatives 

Additional Requirements 

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. 

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

  • Willingness to travel within the district as needed 

  • Background check where applicable 

  • Must be 18 years or older
