As a Store Manager, you will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards, and team development! The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store! Every Store Manager should lead by example in regard to sales, store experience, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, train and develop your team daily.
  • Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
  • Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team
  • Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
  • Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
