  • Bachelors Degree in technical discipline (engineering, Architect, etc.).
  • 5-10 years as a Construction manager experience with 15+ years preferred.
  • Past project experience with US Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
  • Knowledge or DoD/MILCON project delivery, QA, and inspections.
  • Must have an active secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • License/certification not required - Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • DoD training/licensing in safety, QA/QC, Risk, Cost Estimating.
  • Project experience in US East Coast preferred.
  • Past Department of State Experience
