In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service, recommend wireless products and services, and help create an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Learn about customers' needs and recommend the best devices, plans, and accessories.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions.
  • Complete activations, upgrades, and other sales transactions accurately.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals while supporting team objectives.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Stay informed on new products, promotions, and wireless technology.
