As a Wire Transfer Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and compliance while working in a supportive, collaborative environment that values precision and customer service. Location: Akron, OH - Will begin onsite for a training period, and will move to a hybrid schedule. The hours for this position are 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an essential role in processing electronic wire transfers efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness to support our valued clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor wire task queues and banking websites to facilitate electronic wires transfers, follow standard procedures for wire processing, review wire documentation to confirm compliant verification requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Old Republic Title's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training on time.
  • Collaborate effectively with various levels of management, colleagues, and clients via email, phone, video conferences, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Showcase professionalism, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving in all interactions, meeting the high standards of service Old Republic Title is known for.
  • Take initiative and respond to constructive feedback, contributing to the team's success while supporting other duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
