Your Role

Asa Process Engineer (Fine Wire Applications) at Alleima Advanced Materials in Palm Coast, you will play a crucial role in developing,optimizing, andmaintainingproduction processes for fine wire manufacturing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

-Develop, implement, andoptimizemanufacturing processes for fine wire production, ensuring consistent product quality and process reliability.

-Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

-Analyze process data and production performance toidentifyroot causes of deviations and define corrective and preventive actions.

-Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to introduce new materials, products, and technologies.

-Establish and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process parameters, and control plans.

-Support qualification and validation activities for new or modified equipment and processes.

-Drive efficiency improvements by reducing scrap, improving yield, andoptimizingresourceutilization.
