This position will play a critical role in driving manufacturing excellence across new product development and existing production. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact by improving processes, controlling costs, and helping deliver industry-leading products to the aerospace and defense markets.Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:Lead strategic engineering projects that improve operational efficiency and manufacturing capabilities.Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen manufacturing performance.Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to ensure successful product launches.Own product cost from concept through production, driving design-to-cost and sustaining margin-aligned results without compromising quality or performance.Minimum 5 years of experience working on technical solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.Familiarity with RF & ethernet cable technology, interconnect solutions, and aircraft systems/applications desired.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.Experience facilitating and championing CI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods.PIC Wire & Cable, an Angelus Company is headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
