  • Act as the first point of escalation for platform incidents, performance degradation, and infrastructure issues,  delivering clear communication and timely status updates during outages or performance degradation.
  • Drive rapid triage, mitigation, and rootcause analysis of production issues
  • Collaborate with London and Singapore DevOps teams.
  • Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability across trading systems
  • Support smooth, reliable, and efficient deployments and releases across the trading platform.
  • Automate operational workflows to reduce manual intervention

  • Handson expertise with Linux production environments
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana)
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working across global, distributed team
  Preferred experience
  • Experience supporting trading platforms, financial systems, or crypto/OTC markets
  • Familiarity with FIX, market connectivity, or exchange integrations
  • Scripting for automation (Python)

What we offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunity to play a foundational role in scaling our US trading operations
  • Collaborative global team with strong engineering culture
