Position Summary:
The position is responsible for supporting sales operations, customer support leadership, and assigned client accounts through system administration, reporting, and team supervision. This role ensures accurate sales alignments, timely reporting, effective workflow management, and high-quality customer service delivery. The individual will supervise customer support staff, oversee daily operations, and collaborate across teams to support business objectives and special initiatives.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Manage and maintain sales alignments within SAP to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Execute mass data uploads and updates using Winshuttle.
    • Support and manage special projects as assigned.
    • Supervise Customer Support Representatives and/or Customer File Specialists.
    • Direct daily workflow and monitor workloads to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.
    • Monitor phone calls, call metrics, and other customer interactions; provide feedback, performance coaching, and guidance as needed.
    • Provide direct support to assigned customer accounts to ensure service expectations are met.
    • Ensure proper phone coverage, scheduling, performance management, and resolution of personnel-related issues.

  • Basic knowledge of relevant business practices, procedures, and professional standards.
