Job description

Location: Remote
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
  • Domain expertise in T&A technologies and solution design at global scale is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in SAP Time or ADP GlobalView Time or Kronos or ADP eTime is required
  • Proficiency in testing concepts, testing scenarios, scripts, execution, defect resolutions and requirement traceability is required
  • Proven experience delivering large scale/global projects from concept through delivery and operations is required
  • Ability to straddle between multiple competing priories during concurrent implementations is required
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes is required
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English is required. In addition, Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving skills, ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages are required
  • Ability to thrives in fast-paced environment, working in multiple time zones supporting multiple countries is required
  • Experience in desktop automation tools (eg. Alteryx, PowerApps, Winshuttle etc) is preferred
  • Prior experience in testing tools and methodologies (eg. Jira, X-Ray, ALM) is preferred
  • Experience in GlobalView Payroll is a plus
  • Technical certification in SAP Time , Kronos and any of the above technologies is a plus
  • The position may require up to 20% of domestic and/or international travel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise on GlobalView Time and ADP eTime (Kronos) capabilities, functions and features during all phases of the project
  • Facilitate discovery and design sessions with country SMEs to obtain key system and process information
  • Lead the T&A system solution design in partnership with Service Delivery, ADP, J&J IT and other key stakeholders to deliver a robust Business Blueprint requirement document
  • Monitor the adherence to established global standards and templates for the use of T&A technologies
  • Promote leading T&A practices in a country to maximize the value of ADP T&A product
  • Serves as escalation point, actively pursues and resolves risks and issues with a focus on the technology enablement elements of the product in support of the business process and standards
  • Collaborate with Process and Compliance in development of Controls and Role matrix
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and effort engage at appropriate level to ensure that the developed product meets the documented requirements
  • Apply system and business knowledge to build robust catalog of country test scenarios, supervise the development of Test scripts, steps, expected results, and data mining guidelines
  • Collaborate with the testing team to provide oversight and governance on completeness of product SDLC and traceability matrix
  • Maintain solution design documents and Decision Records during implementation and hypercare
  • Support sustainability framework for ongoing changes to the T&A solution post deployment
  • Work independently and engage into multiple implementations running concurrently
