How you make a difference:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service
  • Maintain a refreshingly clean and enjoyable Dining Room environment
  • Anticipate and fulfill Dining Room guest needs by refreshing beverages, fulfilling request for condiments, etc.
  • Consistently maintain cleanliness of the Dining Room; keep Hospitality Station and restrooms stocked and clean.
  • Enhance the Chick-fil-A visit experience by interacting with guests in a manner that makes them feel welcome and valued.
  • Work as part of a high-performance team by delivering meals to Dining Room guests when needed.
