Now Hiring: Sanitation Associate (Winery/Warehouse)
Location: Parlier, CA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $17.75/hr
Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 11PM - 7:30 AM
Position Summary: We're hiring a Sanitation Associate to help keep production/warehouse areas clean, safe, and compliant. This role supports daily operations by performing routine and deep-cleaning tasks, properly handling sanitation chemicals, and following safety/food-quality standards.
Duties may include but are not limited to: - Clean and sanitize winery/warehouse areas including floors, drains, walls, and work surfaces - Wash and sanitize equipment, tools, and containers per sanitation SOPs - Break down/assemble equipment for cleaning as required - Perform pre-op/post-op cleaning and document completed tasks (checklists/logs) - Safely mix/use cleaning chemicals (per label/SDS) and store them correctly - Perform pre-op/post-op cleaning and document completed tasks (checklists/logs) - Safely mix/use cleaning chemicals (per label/SDS) and store them correctly - Remove trash, recyclables, and waste; keep areas organized and hazard-free - Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to supervisor - Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE; follow "no cellphone use" policy in work areas
Requirements: - Sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or food/beverage experience preferred (winery experience a plus) - Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform repetitive motions - Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed
