About the Role:
Kinetic places a high value on candidates that thrive in an environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability and possesses a deep willingness to drive positive customer experiences. As a Construction Advocate, you will interact with management companies, HOA's and homeowners to gain access to backyard easements and assist customers with property damage claims.
What You'll Do:
  • Communicate with management companies, HOA's and homeowners to gain access to their property
  • Work with customers to file property damage claims
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Work professionally and diplomatically with a variety of people within and outside of Kinetic
  • Track and report on jobs in various phases within Planning Engineering or Construction
  • Work from our offices and job sites when needed
  • Always represent Kinetic in a professional manner
  • Other activities as assigned by management
