About the Role
Kinetic by Uniti is looking for a high-energy, results-obsessed Field Sales Manager to lead, coach, and elevate a team of Account Executives across assigned local markets. In this sales leadership role, you will drive aggressive customer acquisition, accelerate revenue growth, and expand market share while helping your team win with fiber, internet, voice, and connectivity solutions for small and midsize businesses.

What You Will Do
  • Lead from the front by coaching, motivating, and holding a team of Account Executives accountable to exceed sales and market growth goals.
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture built on prospecting intensity, pipeline discipline, territory ownership, and closing execution.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews that sharpen selling skills and raise the bar on results.
  • Partner with leadership to execute go-to-market strategies that expand market share and accelerate new customer acquisition.
  • Use forecasts, pipeline health, and sales metrics to identify gaps, remove obstacles, and drive stronger team productivity.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent capable of competing and winning in the field.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience from initial sale through installation and ongoing relationship growth.

Do You Have
  • 3+ years of field sales, outside sales, or sales leadership experience, ideally in telecommunications, broadband, technology, or business services.
  • A proven ability to lead and develop Account Executives or other B2B sales professionals in a quota-driven environment.
  • A track record of winning-driving new business, revenue growth, and team performance.
  • Strong leadership presence, communication skills, coaching ability, and the confidence to drive accountability.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, pipeline data, and sales metrics to make decisions and improve execution.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned market with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A competitive mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams that win.
