Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Must have working knowledge of IBM Rational Clear Case and Clear Quest
• Administer IBM Rational CC/CQ, and other tools HP ALM, JIRA, AWS, Gitlab in each environment including applying packs and upgrades
• Must have Working knowledge of CC/CQ Version: 8.0.1/9.2 and above
• Nice to have IBM Rational WebSphere 8.55 Experience
• Ability to work with SQL Server DB and Oracle DB
• Identify configuration items, audit changes made and manage configurations throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, backing up, and restoring ClearCase and ClearQuest.
• Managing configuration items, controlling changes, and maintaining the integrity of software artifacts.
• Ensuring proper integration between ClearCase and ClearQuest, and other development tools.
• Resolving issues related to tool performance, user access, and other problems.
• Providing training to developers and documenting procedures for tool usage.
• Monitoring tool performance and optimizing it for efficiency.
• Identifying and automating manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Enhancing the user interface of ClearCase and ClearQuest to improve usability.
• Working with global teams to coordinate implementation and support efforts.
• Should have Linux OS and Windows OS experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Minimum (5 years) specific experience with IBM Rational tools administration including installation, upgrades and configuration of IBM Rational Clear Quest and Clear Case.
• Demonstrated ability to develop ClearQuest Schemas
• Demonstrated experience working with IBM Rational Clear Case VOB administration, Clear Quest Administration, enhancement, design (ClearQuest Designer) and customization process using visual Basic, SQL and/or Pearl
• Demonstrated Experience having installed and configured
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies for the given project phase.
• Coordinating for changes in the environment.
• Conduct the customer onboarding projects and consultation.
• Understanding security standards and its technologies
• Following customers expectations and executing the plan accordingly.
• Experience with server and client systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Coordinate with team across multiple towers
• Ability to effectively communicate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Other testing tool administration would be a big plus

Base Salary Range : $110,000 to $125,000 Per Annum
