This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for employees across the organization.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud services.
  • Manage servers, networks, cybersecurity, backups, device deployment, and technology assets.
  • Support critical healthcare and business systems that impact resident care and daily operations.
  • Lead IT projects, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation, and help shape Friendsview's technology future.
  • Respond to urgent technology and security issues while supporting business continuity and emergency preparedness.
What You Bring
Required
  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of IT administration, systems administration, or network administration experience.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a service-first mindset.

Preferred
  • Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications.
  • Experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint, Power Automate, or cloud management.
  • Healthcare, senior living, or HIPAA experience.
