Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) across enterprise infrastructure.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and related Windows services.
  • Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
  • Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
  • Implement and maintain system security, hardening, and compliance standards.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Coordinate with network, security, cloud, and application teams for infrastructure support.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture, SOPs, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Support cloud-based Windows workloads in environments such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
