Description
Our customer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Desktop Imaging & Deployment Technician to support the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices across the organization. This role is responsible for imaging, provisioning, deploying, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and related hardware while ensuring compliance with company standards and security requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), ServiceNow, Windows operating systems, and enterprise device deployment processes.

  • Monitor deployment success rates and resolve deployment-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to end users during deployment and migration activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support, imaging, deployment, or endpoint management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management, asset management, and workflow tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Experience with OS deployment, task sequences, driver management, and software distribution.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
