Job description

Are you experienced in coordinating window and door service projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Join one of Florida's fastest-growing home improvement companies specializing in premium impact windows, doors, and roofing.

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator who understands the window and door industry and can effectively manage service requests, scheduling, parts ordering, and communication between homeowners, technicians, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with homeowners regarding service-related issues and warranty requests
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes
  • Order and track service parts and materials
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding product availability and delivery schedules
  • Monitor order status and follow up on ETAs
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Communicate updates to homeowners, technicians, and management
  • Assist with service-related administrative tasks and project coordination

Qualifications

  • Previous Service Coordinator experience in the home improvement industry required
  • Experience with impact windows and doors preferred
  • Familiarity with manufacturers such as CGI, PGT, WinDoor, CWS, ESW, and similar product lines
  • Knowledge of window and door components, hardware, and replacement parts
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
