Job description

We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative Designer/Marketing Strategist to join our Palm Beach real estate marketing team. This role blends graphic design, social media management, and marketing execution — supporting our agents, local Marketing Director, and NYC-based CMO with everything from print collateral to Instagram content to email campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) — required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Proficiency across social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
  • Comfortable working on a Mac platform
  • Experience working in Canva

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Real estate industry experience
  • Email marketing platform experience
  • CRM experience
  • Meta Ads experience
  • Slack Experience

Responsibilities

Design & Collateral

  • Create in-house fact sheets and window displays
  • Update property slideshows in PowerPoint and Canva
  • Layout and prepare graphics for print materials

Social Media

  • Manage the BHS Palm Beach Instagram account
  • Coordinate with corporate accounts on Instagram content creation

Email Marketing

  • Build weekly email blasts in Cloze for open houses and agent requests
  • Design monthly email campaigns, including Inbox Concierge

Collaboration

  • Work alongside administrative assistants to support day-to-day marketing needs including covering the front desk at Worth Avenue office for 1 hour during the administrative assistants’ lunch break.
