We're looking for an organized, outgoing, and dependable Office Administrator who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. This position will begin as a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time career as our company continues to expand.

What You'll Do
No two days will look exactly the same. Responsibilities may include:
Answering phones and assisting customers
Greeting customers and visitors
Scheduling appointments
Managing customer information and paperwork
Assisting with order entry and contract processing
Ordering materials and supplies
Helping track inventory
Collecting payments and maintaining records
Participating in team meetings
Assisting with permits and administrative tasks
Following up with customers as needed
Helping receive and organize deliveries
Occasionally assisting with light unloading of materials
Supporting other office and operational functions as our company grows
What We're Looking For
Previous office or administrative experience required
Construction, remodeling, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to learn company software systems such as WW360
Able to occasionally assist with light physical tasks related to receiving deliveries
