Summary
America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the team. Position is available in the Houston, Grand Prairie, New Orleans, or Baton Rouge office. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive and responsive selling. To be successful in this position, you'll need to be would need a combination of sales skills, communication ability, organization, and resilience. Responsibilities
โ€ข Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and following up on inbound inquiries or web leads.
โ€ข Researching potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and fit for the product/service.
โ€ข Qualifying leads to determine if they're a good match (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline).
โ€ข Conducting virtual product demonstrations, presentations, or
consultations via phone/video.
โ€ข Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing customers to nurture opportunities.
โ€ข Negotiating terms, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
โ€ข Upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to current clients.
โ€ข Updating and managing customer data in CRM systems
โ€ข Meeting or exceeding sales quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets.
โ€ข Responding to customer inquiries and providing product/service/information.
โ€ข Collaborating with marketing, sales support, or fulfillment teams.
โ€ข Provide assistance with training and orientation for other Team Members when assigned
โ€ข Performs other duties as assigned or requested by management
Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
โ€ข 1 + year of inside sales experience in call center work setting
โ€ข Excellent sales skills including active listening and critical thinking
โ€ข Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products
โ€ข Accuracy in data entry and proficient typing skills
โ€ข Positive, upbeat attitude and team player
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills (persuasive phone/email presence is essential).
โ€ข Sales acumen, including objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
