Company Description
Window Diverse Services (WDS) is a window cleaning, gutter cleaning, glass repair service for the City of Detroit neighborhoods and metro area. Excellent Company Culture Built on Facilitating the Growth of their Employees.
A DSC Member prepares and closes all jobs including:
  • Execute the on-site plan(s)
  • Collect appropriate/specific job materials and equipment
  • Communicate with scheduled clients
  • Account for all materials, equipment, and/or installations

Job Description
  • Met maintenance policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Evaluate the maintenance needs of the project and execute a plan to address them.
  • Provide technical definition and oversight of minor works.
  • Manage and address facilities-related needs and incidents.
  • Carry out projects to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Review installations and equipment to minimize incidents and identify opportunities for recommended improvement.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the works related to a project in line with requirements, budget, and timeline.
  • Communicate directly with the Site Manager to coordinate maintenance and repair projects.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years Window washing experience on residential/commercial buildings.
  • Skilled in general repairs, carpentry, painting, provide general/preventive residential services
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in successfully managing time, leading in teams, and managing projects
  • Sales and customer service experience

REPORTING LINES
The DSC Member reports directly to the Site Manager, and Site Operations Officer (SOO) and is evaluated annually by him/her, in conjunction with the Chief Operations Officer.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
Part-Time, $15 - $28 per/hour depending on experience
The DSC Member is a part-time job of a maximum of 30 hours per week. The schedule will be arranged in agreement with the HR department.
