About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to lead and oversee the warranty operations for our window and door product lines. This role is responsible for managing warranty claims from intake to resolution, leading a dedicated warranty team, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive, with strong leadership skills and experience navigating complex warranty and service issues in a manufacturing or construction-related environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all warranty claims from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Lead, coach, and develop the warranty team to deliver high-quality customer service and consistent communication
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact warranty and customer issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Customer Service to resolve claims and improve product quality
  • Track, analyze, and report warranty metrics, trends, and costs to identify recurring issues and drive corrective actions
  • Maintain organized and accurate warranty documentation, records, and reporting systems
  • Develop, implement, and enforce warranty Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce warranty claim volume, resolution time, and overall cost
  • Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warranty management or customer service
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes, quality control, and customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the window, construction, or manufacturing industry preferred
