Now Hiring: Temporary Window Washer

Location: Various sites throughout San Diego County
Schedule: Early morning shifts starting at 5:00 am, weekends overnight ( 5 days on, 2 days off... Days off will vary )
Pay: $22.00 per hour, Paid Weekly
**A valid California Driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history is required.
**Experience operating a Boom lift/Scissor lift is desired

What You'll Do
The window washing technician performs a variety of general labor, cleaning, window washing, and special projects as assigned using window washing equipment.
  • Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly.
  • Clean windows using a squeegee, tucker pole, boom lift, and swing stage as needed.
  • Clear the job site and store equipment correctly.
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned related to window washing.
  • Report on maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
  • Always use required safety equipment (we've got you covered!)

Requirements
? What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you are:
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills with peers and supervisors.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions (either written or oral).
  • Ability to engage safety harnesses and wire cables to be used at heights.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful.
  • Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
  • Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred-but not required!)

Physical Demands and Requirements
  • Standing 8 to 10 hours daily
  • Walking 8 to 10 hours daily
  • Bending/Stooping/Reaching 8 to 10 hours daily
  • Repetitive Movement (reaching and cleaning) - 8 to 10 hours daily
  • Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.)
  • Lift and Carry (50 lbs. for 20 feet) - Regularly
  • Push / Pull - 8 to 10 hours daily
  • Work in a cold, wet, outdoor environment - 8-10 hours daily
  • Work at heights of up to 100 ft.
