Responsibilities - Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project. - Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day. - Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning. - Exterior and Interior finish work on all products. - Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site. Qualifications - Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar. - Experience working with a metal brake and power tools. - Customer service experience preferred. - A proven track record of superior craftsmanship. - A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. - Valid driver's license required. - Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
