As an In-House Window Installer, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional window and door installations, service work, and clear communication. Your craftsmanship and commitment to quality will help homeowners bring their renovation projects to life while supporting the overall success of the company.
What You'll Do
  • Install windows and doors according to company standards, safety practices, and project requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every installation and service appointment.
  • Prepare for each project by ensuring all materials, tools, paperwork, and vehicle inventory are organized and job-ready.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and submit it on schedule.
  • Communicate project updates, service outcomes, and follow-up needs with managers and coordinators.
  • Collect applicable service payments and assist with showroom displays or marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, arrive on time, and adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen technical skills and stay current with industry best practices.
