Position Summary

Window Perfections is seeking a dependable, hardworking Window & Door Installation Helper to assist our lead installers with residential and commercial window and door replacement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a career in the construction and home improvement industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead installers with window and door removal and installation.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
  • Prepare work areas and protect customer property before installation.
  • Measure, clean, and organize materials and workspaces.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Help with caulking, sealing, trimming, and finishing work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
  • Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service while on-site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the installation team leader.

Qualifications

  • Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
