We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Window Coverings/Blind/Flooring Estimator located at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility. This individual will work with our project managers in providing detailed estimates to the GCs and clients we work with. Our considerable growth and future expansion plans require us to hire the most capable, ambitious, and career-minded individuals possible.The Estimator position is a rich training ground for opportunities to grow a career in project management.We desire applicants who have the ability and desire to grow their careers for many years to come.


Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written forms.
  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Must be able to be self-motivated
  • Communicate with external vendors to maximize project profitability
  • Plan and specification review
  • Project-specific quantity take-offs
  • Build strategic and sustainable relationships with our clients
  • Previous Window Covering Experience desired but not a requirement


Qualifications

Experience with construction-based accounting software systems will be advantageous.

We regard a Construction Management degree highly, but it is not a requirement.

An ability and eagerness to interface directly with clients and help us differentiate ourselves in the marketplace is critical.
