Empower Your Design Career with the Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network

The Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (RLN) is the premier in-home design and installation service for major retailers and brands in North America, specializing in custom-made window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. Our professional design and installation team provides customers with expert guidance, premium products, professional installation, and exceptional customer service across the United States and Canada.

We are seeking experienced Window Treatment Designers (Independent Contractors) to join our vast network of Designers throughout the United States. In this role, you will work directly with clients to design and sell custom interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and outdoor roller shades.

At the Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (RLN), we handle the logistics so you can focus on your craft: Designing and Closing. We provide the platform; you provide the vision.

Why Partner With Us?

  • Premium Lead Flow: Get direct access to high-quality, no-cost leads fueled by our partnerships with elite national retailers.
  • Seamless Tech: Quote, submit, and track orders in real-timeโ€”directly from the clientโ€™s home.
  • Back-Office Power: Our Client Services Satisfaction Team manages the post-sale details, freeing you to stay in the field.
  • Expert Backup: Enjoy a direct line to a dedicated Sales Support Team whenever you need technical or tactical help.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Sales Artistry: Proven experience in closing, powered by sharp active listening and persuasive communication.
  • Design Authority: The confidence to curate and recommend window treatments that bridge the gap between a clientโ€™s aesthetic dreams and functional needs.
  • Product Expertise: A drive to master the industry-leading Hunter Douglas product line (we provide all the resources to get you there).

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods in diverse home and retail settings.
  • Ability to carry up to 15 lbs. of curated sample materials.

Compensation
This is a high-upside, commission-based independent contractor role. For the motivated, performance-driven professional, the earning potential is uncapped and significant.
