JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Minimum Pay is $20****

POSITION PURPOSE Performs basic and routine window and door installation following safe work practices while delivering an

outstanding General Contractor and employee experience are the primary deliverables.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an
  • efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean. Collaborates with other installers throughout
  • the installation project to maximize efficiencies, installation techniques and sustaining positive
  • customer relations.
  • Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as needed. Adheres to
  • proper safety techniques and procedures, and to Andersen safety programs and training
  • requirements.
  • General warehouse support. Provide support for minor service calls as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

DIRECTION OF OTHERS

Describe oversight, guidance and/or work direction provided and type of positions being directed (employees, contractors, etc.).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Degree or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials.
  • Knowledge of terminology of the construction industry
  • Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality.
  • Initiative; ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility; willingness to work variable work schedules
  • General understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
  • Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 36 feet in height
  • Ability to work at heights up to 90 feet using a lift

PAY RANGE:

$8.00 - $45.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
