Energy Control of Iowa is seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Window Film Installer who takes pride in clean, precise, professional work. If you have experience installing solar control, decorative, safety/security, or specialty architectural films and want to join a company that values craftsmanship and reliability this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install residential and commercial window film with a high level of accuracy
  • Prep glass, cut film, squeegee, and ensure flawless application
  • Work on a variety of projects: homes, offices, storefronts, schools, and commercial buildings
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and vehicle
  • Inspect finished work to ensure top‐tier quality
  • Assist with decorative film layouts, safety film anchoring, or specialty installs (if experienced)

Desired Experience

  • 2+ years of professional flat‐glass window film installation
  • Strong understanding of film types, tools, and installation techniques
  • Ability to work independently and meet quality expectations
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
