Overview

Champion Windows - Data Entry Coordinator

Champion Windows is hiring motivated team players with strong data entry and customer service skills for our Cincinnati corporate office location. The Data Entry Coordinator position is part of the Appointment Support Center team, facilitating sales order generation, sales representative support, and driving excellent customer experience.

Location: Sharonville, OH (On-site/Hybrid)

Full-time role with rotating schedules that include weekends.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Data entry into the CRM
  • Process customer information and updates
  • Communicate with customers, sales reps, and managers for prompt and accurate data entry and appointment scheduling
  • Factory representative and customer support calls
  • Provide general administrative support
Primary Responsibilities
  • Receive and audit customer contracts for accuracy and completion
  • Verify that results provided by sales representatives are accurate
  • Communicate holds and questions to sales reps, then follow up as necessary
  • Accountable for identifying and resolving data record duplicates and errors
  • Provide live support for sales representatives and customers, including phone calls, emails, texts, and Teams messages
  • Monitor and manage factory representative resources and sales schedule board, including updating resource product and appointment availability
