The Gig
  • Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
  • Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
  • Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
  • Use a camera pole for roof photos
  • Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
  • Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
