We are seeking someone to join our team to become a Window Cleaning Technician
Opportunity:
  • Learn the window cleaning trade with comprehensive training.
  • No experience required; must be comfortable with heights.
  • Pay increases based on attitude and responsibility.

Requirements:
  • Outgoing, strong communication, and quality-focused.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a drug test (drug-free workplace).

Pay & Benefits:
  • $15-$18/hr during probation.
  • $18-$25/hr after probation, with performance-based raises.
  • No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend work.
